How soon will I receive my
online order?
Since we custom make each item by hand, please
allow a week for completion of your order. Most
items are shipped USPS first class mail, and
shipping times will vary depending upon your
location. Express shipping is available
upon request.
What form of payment do you accept?
After we send an invoice to your e-mail, payment
can be made through Paypal.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes,
just submit your request and we will send you a
price quote.
Can you heat press a design on a shirt or jean
jacket that I supply?
Absolutely, we deduct $4 from the cost if
we use your shirt or jacket. The best
results are by using a 100% ring spun cotton
shirt that has been preshrunk. Polyester
and leather are not useable. Please do not use
fabric softeners.
I
have something special in mind- can you custom
make a design for me? How much will it cost?
Custom designs are our specialty. Prices
are dependant on the size and color of the
crystal design. You can select any size,
color or style of shirt for no additional
charge. Please send us an e-mail with your
request and we will be happy to send you a
price quote.
Can I wash my Swarovski
/ rhinestone shirt?
Yes,
definitely! Easy instructions are
included. Turn inside out, wash gentle
cycle and fluff on delicate cycle of the dryer
or hang and air dry.
Can I return my item if it does not fit?
Because each shirt is made to order, we do not
take returns. Follow these steps to ensure
the perfect fit:
